It's short curved blade in stainless steel cuts your mushroom at its stem, with both serrated and straight sharp edges. whilst the bottom of your handle has a brush function allowing you to dust off those freshly picked chanterelles, Girolles or other funghi.
The safety ring on the blade has Virobloc technology. The varnished handle is made from resilient beech wood.
