Chef’s Knives and Santokus

Chop, slice, dice with our range of chef's knives and santokus that come in a range of styles and handles. Santoku knives combine both the chef's knife and a cleaver and are best suited for prepping or small slicing jobs. We consider both knives a staple in the Triggerfish Cookshop kitchen.
