Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. Online Store Terms:
Goods supplied from the website are supplied by Triggerfish Cookshop Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland.
At Triggerfish Cookshop, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However specifications and descriptions of products are not intended to be binding. Furthermore we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation of colour by manufacturers between batches.
We may accept your order at our discretion. This means that if products are shown on the site but are incorrectly priced, incorrectly described or not available we shall not be obliged to sell you those products.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or area of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. Cook School Terms
The full fee must be paid at the time of booking to guarantee a place. If the class of your choice is fully booked, please request to be placed on the waiting list and we will contact you if there is a cancellation.
The Triggerfish Cookschool strives to facilitate participants of all abilities. We request that you contact us one week before the class, should you have any special requirements. .
In the case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice, no refund will be made and payments will not be transferred to another class. However you may chose to send someone else in your place. In the case of cancellation with a notice of 15 days or more, your booking can be transferred to another class. The Triggerfish Cookschool will not provide refunds or alternative dates for classes that have been missed, including for reasons related to illness or travel.
The Triggerfish Cookshop and Cook School reserves the right to alter the timing or content of a cookery class, or to substitute a teacher or cancel a course. Notification of changes will be sent out as soon as possible. In the case of a class being cancelled, the fee can be refunded or a booking can be made at an alternative course.
All classes need a minimum number of attendees in order to be run on the scheduled date and time. In the unfortunate event of a course being cancelled, we will offer you a space on another course or a full refund. We will try and provide as much notice as possible but will not be liable for other costs or expenses that you may have incurred.

In the interest of hygiene and safety, appropriate clothing and footwear (with a non-slip grip) is advised.
Photography during the class is allowed but we request that you remain sensitive to the privacy of other participants.
Ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment and aprons are provided for all courses. Sample recipes and techniques provided are for illustrative purposes only.
The Triggerfish Cookshop and Cookshop shall be under no liability for any loss, injury or damage to participants or their property with respect to any neglect, act or ommission by the cook school, its agents or other class participants.
3. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
4. Accuracy & Completeness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
