STAUB | 1974

The first Staub enamelled pot was designed by Francis Staub  in an old artillery factory in 1974, merging cast iron’s utility with the latest technology available.

Today the Staub pots are a benchmark in enamelled cookware and are used and revered by the world's best chefs. Featuring a special black matte enamel interior for non-stick braising and self-basting spikes, Staub cookware excels in providing the perfect environment for slow-cooked, flavor-enhanced meals.

Staub pots continue to be manufactured in Alsace in France, merging technology with artisanal skills.
