  • Made of steel and coated with industrial diamonds, this knife sharpener resets the edge of a dull knife with precision.
  • The fine surface makes these sharpeners suitable for Japanese knives as well.


Japanese knives have a very thin edge, and it is therefore recommended that they be held against the sharpening steel at an angle of 10 degrees. German knives have a thicker edge and can be sharpened, held at an angle of about 20 degrees or so.
