The Perfect Programme for TEENS to learn how to cook HEALTHY, NUTRITIOUS FOOD for themselves as they approach adulthood & College years.
Hosted by former Ballymaloe Cookery School Tutor, Ruth Wassel.
On the menu: Pasta Dishes, Stir Frys, Curries, Pizzas thin & thick, Homemade Burgers with different combinations & tasty sides. Soups, Chunky & Smooth with Homemdade Breads & Scones. Healthy Salads, Classic Desserts & More.
The Students sit down afterwards to share & enjoy what they have cooked together and will take home their recipe packs.Â
Each day will have a different theme with only 8 students per week.
About your Host
Ruth Wassel is one of our Triggerfish resident cooks. She spent 10 years living and cooking in Naples, Italy. She was a tutor at the Ballymaloe Cook School for two years and is passionate about cooking with the best of Irish ingredients.Â She has writtenÂ for Food and Wine Magazine and has done cookery demonstrations all overÂ Ireland forÂ Gaggenau, Neff, SiemensÂ andÂ KitchenAid. She cooks forÂ BoraÂ in Ireland and London and does regular demos for the diabetic centre in St James hospital.
