About: Ruth Wassel spent 10 Years living and cooking in Naples, Italy. She is Ballymaloe trained and passionate about cooking with the best of Irish ingredients.
Guests will watch and learn from Ruth as she prepares a number of typical Neapolitan dishes with her customary flair, all the while tasting everything she prepares and picking up on her local knowledge base on where to buy the very best produce.
Recipe cards will be available to take home with you and the price includes generous tastings and a glass of prosecco.
