You will learn how to make buttery pastry pies overflowing with tangy mincemeat, a world apart from anything in the shops! As they bake get hands on with some detailed modelling of apples, pears and oranges perfect as a festive gift or
unique as a centrepiece at Christmas lunch.
Teas & Coffees on arrival. Everyone will get at least 6 mince pies and some of their Marizan Fruit Handywork to take home with them!
About Your Host
Muireann O'Donnell originally trained as a geologist, but her more recent role as a mother has proved far more fruitful. Baking has always been her passion, but the last four years have seen a huge surge in the quantity of cakes, with her two little boys and their thirteen cousins to cater for.
