Chocolate is one of the world's most intriguing ingredients and we are delighted to host this Chocolate Workshop with the very talented Karen Smith to open up the the world of chocolate for us. Karen will begin with some pastry chef basics and expand into moulds, ganaches and flavour combinations. This will be a fun class where you will be able to make your own chocolates. Price includes teas/coffees on arrival, your recipe packs and plenty of chocolate treats.
