M'150S Tri-Ply Copper Roasting Pan 35x25cm

This beautiful Roasting Pan is made from a triple-ply of aluminium, stainless steel and copper. Together these three metals combine to make for extremely even cooking, heat retention and perfect responsiveness. The stainless steel interior allows for easy cleaning. Handcrafted, it has cast stainless steel handles fixed with rivets, allowing you to carry the tray easily from the oven to the table. 

Cleaning and Care Tips:

Do not put in the dishwasher. Hand wash with soap and hot water.

Copper loses its shine and gets darker over time. We recommend polishing your copper to return it to its rose-like shine, using Mauviel's Copperbrill Cleaner.
