This breakfast pan made of spun iron is hand-made at the small, family-run Netherton Foundry in Shropshire. Sustainable made, with natural elements, it is ideal for cooking up that perfect Irish breakfast. The pan comes with food dividers (also made of iron) that allow you to cook sausages, tomatoes, eggs and potatoes in different sections at one time.
The dividers are easy to dismantle for cleaning and storage.
The pan comes pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish.
Perfect for a wide range of stoves, electric, gas, induction hobs. Heat slowly to frying temperature to retain its flatness.

Cleaning & Care Instructions: Heat Pan slowly to frying temperature every time you use it. Do not drop a hot pan into cold water as this will cause it to buckle. Do not leave in water or sink after use. Re-season pan before storage for best effect.
