About your Host
Tara Walker is the owner and chef tutor at East Coast Cookery School in Termonfeckin, Co. Louth and author of “Good Food No Stress”. Tara grew up in a family of food businesses and honed her profession at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Tara has a monthly cookery slot on local radio station LMFM and appears regularly on TV3’s Weekend AM. Tara has also had several appearances on Ireland’s national broadcaster, RTE, on the Nationwide Show as well as on national radio, Newstalk FM. Tara has worked on a number of print publications such as Easy Food Magazine, The Irish Daily Mirror, Irish Country Magazine, The Sunday Business Post, the Meath Chronicle as a recipe contributor as well as featuring in The Irish Times, the Irish Independent , Image Magazine and the Irish Examiner to name but a few.
