The Food of Naples - Italian Cooking with Irish Ingredients

Date: Wednesday 6 March
Time: 6:45pm to 9:15pm
Location: The Triggerfish Cookshop

Italian food and cookery is loved and sought after the world over. Among the Italian regions and cities though, Naples is one of the most celebrated for its passion for food and eating. Guests will watch and learn from Ruth as she prepares a number of typical and easy-to-follow Neapolitan dishes with her customary flair, all the while tasting everything she prepares and picking up on her local knowledge base on where to buy the very best produce. Recipe cards will be available to take home with you and the price includes generous tastings (6 courses) and a glass of prosecco/beer on arrival.
