Celebrated across Mexico and America's West Coast, they are a streetfood sensation. Join us for a Saturday Taco Workshop where we'll learn how to make your own tacos from scratch and then fill them with a host of delicious ingredients with your fun host and talented cook, Erica.
About your host
Erica Drum is a private Chef, cookery tutor, food stylist, caterer and hosts pop-up supper clubs in her Dublin home. Erica has worked in the hospitality industry for over 18 years. She loves to make dishes packed with flavour and local ingredients. Her ability to explain and teach culinary skill, flavour, taste and individuality is encouraging and bright. She is a huge advocate for stoping food waste, sustainable cooking, growing your own and loves to give tips and tricks. Erica cooks using her own homegrown produce where available. She also forages and is a big advocate of seasonal cooking using the best of Irish produce.
