The Food of Sri Lanka | Wed 11 Mar | 18.30 to 21.00

Fresh back from her trip in 2019 to Sri Lanka where she attended local cookery classes, Ruth is delighted to share with you everything she learnt. Join us for this unique evening of stress free cooking where you will sample a host of local curries from around the island. Pick up tips, tastes and techniques from a country with a deep love for  food, flavour and freshness. We will explore a number of Sri Lanka's favourite curries with rice. We will sample fish, meat and a selection of vegetarian curries where each vegetable is a highlight in their own curry!  You will also learn how to make a sambal and dessert.
