Come and join us for an inspiring evening of plantbased wholefood dishes from around the world with Chef and Nutritionist Nicky Halliday. In this class you will learn how to make traditional plantbased and gluten free dishes from Japan, Korea and the Middle East. People are becoming aware that eating more fruit and vegetables is not only good for our health, but also better for the environment. It’s always a joy to realise how tasty this food can actually be. You will also learn some top tips on nutrition with an emphasis on digestion and gut health. Lastly you will learn about the benefits of cacao and how to make simple chocolates to die for. Price includes six courses and a glass of Kombucha on arrival.

About your Host
Nicky studied Culinary Arts in Bauman College Holistic Nutrition School, California & Nutritional Therapy in the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health. Nicky started the fresh food deli in The Hopsack Health Store Rathmines and worked as the Head Chef there for 3.5 years. For the last year, Nicky was living at Farm of Life healing retreat centre in Costa Rica, preparing plantbased meals for many guests. Here, Nicky learned a new way to live & heal, connecting to nature and practising meditation. She experienced wonderful openings working with cacao as a plant medicine. Nicky has held successful workshops & retreats in Ireland and loves to share her knowledge with eager people. Her creative energy, passion for her work & her heart intention shines through to create beautiful gatherings for people to enjoy and leave bursting with inspiration.
