Over the course of the week, CHEF CAMP will teach your kids the ground rules of the kitchen, how the tools work and the basic skills of preparing meals and snacks. The kids will be guided on how to take more responsibility for what they eat and how this can and will affect them in their daily lives. Using the principles from her 'How to Eat A Healthy Life" course, Denise starts with energy and explains how the body makes it and then shows the kids how to cook the fuel to get their motors running. Each day has a new focus with a range of new food learnings and themes. It's also a huge amount of fun, cooking everything from scratch from homemade granola, curries, chickpea burgers, egg free meringues (they taste the same) and lots more tasty and nutritious dishes.
