Kids Christmas Special Saturday Kitchen!

As part of our cookshop seasonal cheer, we're running a Christmas Saturday Kitchen Special for all the budding bakers, cooks and food enthusiasts out there! For ages 8-14, we have a fun packed agenda with all kinds of goodies they can make, decorate and take home with them. Recipes will be shared to keep your little ones busy over the holidays. We'll be combining tradition with some newer Christmas fads and cool techniques from our state-of-the-art cook school kitchen.

Cranberry chia jam (jar they can take home)
Christmas royal icing cookies
Christmas tree cookies (stained glass cookies)
Shirley temple (mocktail)
Salmon puff tarts
About your teacher
Blanca Valencia is from Northern Spain and trained at the Cordon Bleu in London with a Diploma in Pastry and Cooking.
She has worked at cook schools in Madrid, Chicago and London and has lived and worked across Latin America, China and Europe, exploring their cuisines and food cultures in depth. She has also worked with leading food producers and has written about food for magazines and periodicals. Her speciality and real love is resevered for Spanish and Latin American cooking (think Mexican, Peruvian and Argentian). She now lives in Dublin with her husband and two girls.
