About Your Host
Ivan Varian trained at the Ballymaloe Cookery School before working in Michelin starred kitchens and then as a personal chef to Louis LeBroquey, The Duke of Devonshire, and several A-listers. He set up The Dalkey Food Company in 2010 selling quality gourmet soups, breads, sorbets and more to cafés, pubs and delis. Ivan spreads his passion for food and cooking with the live event Gulp- The science of Taste around festivals around Ireland. He is also a DJ, playing at Electric Picnic, Body and Soul and The Beatyard.
