Creative Meal Planning | Wed 5 Feb | 18.30 to 21.00

This class is designed for those people who want to introduce some new ideas, new inspiration and new flavours to their weekly cooking. We are all taught that planning is everything when it comes to midweek meals but this class will focus on how to put that matra into practice. We bring everyone back to the basics of good flavour and show you how to inject variation texture and colour into your recipes with new ingredients that you might not have cooked with before. So whether you are cooking for one, two or for a growing family, this is the class to equip you with a new found creativity when it comes to your meal planning. The price includes full tastings of six dishes, your recipe packs and a glass of prosecco to kick off proceedings. Please arrive hungry!

One tray roast chicken and vegetable dinner, served with a quick creamy dill sauce
